I Have No Clue

This app is sort of annoying. I test the sounds on my dog and it has no affect. All my dog really did was wag her tail. Then, she ran away from me?! I at least tried to communicate with her. But I cant find the freakin communicator?! I have no clue how to use the app. And it gets on my nerves!
